I READ IT AND LIKED IT VERY MUCH.

Earthly Exiles, which I read by Şule Akşun.

second novel.

The first was "Light Emerging from Darkness": Mithat Pasha.

It was not a historical novel, but a biographical novel.

 

What Voltaire, Montesquieu, and Rousseau are to the French, Mithat Pasha is to us. He is the architect of the Turkish Enlightenment.

It's a cornerstone. That's why I read it with such interest.

I wrote that I read Şule's book and that I really liked it.

 

I also really liked "Exiles from the Earth"!
